I believe that when you have multiple solutions for the same problem, the best approach is to use visualization tools to quickly identify the pros and cons of each solution. One useful tool for this purpose is the SWOT diagram. Therefore, my proposal for achieving proper vision cohesion would be: - Understand the problem and/or goal. - Create SWOT diagrams for each proposal. - Discuss and decide on the best solution.
