I think the key considerations are: - What is going to have the greatest positive impact to users using the product. - What issues associated with the fixes are going to most negatively affect product/brand perception. At a higher level, ensuring the product/brand is something people want to buy is crucial to ongoing viability.

O primeiro passo é entender que a prioridade de cada um deve ser baseada em dados. Independente se elas divergirem, devem fazer sentido para o produto. O segundo passo é avaliar como estão sendo feitas as priorizações de ajustes. O que estamos avaliando neste momento? Esforço técnico e impacto? Novas estratégias?
