In my experience, an effective case that can strangthen the employer brand strategy is an effective Employee Value Proposition (EVP) - a package of benefits that your employees get with employment. The EVP has 5 basic elements: - Compensation and Rewards, - A supportive and respectful work environment, - Work/life balance benefits, - Physical office attributes, - A sence of security and stability in our "layoff world". Another effective part of strategy is internal communication. A referral or ambassador programe will certainly help to built your employer brand within. This will be a great source of employee-generated content that can be used to demonstrate trustworthiness. And, of course, continue to analyse and improve!
