Lo más importante es entender la fuente de esta indecisión. Y algo que ayuda mucho en este proceso de entendimiento es identificar que tipo de miedo el coachee está experimentando: 1. El miedo de la pérdida - que al cambiar o avanzar en nuestras vidas perderemos algo importante para nosotros. 2. El miedo del proceso - que el mero acto o proceso de cambio será demasiado duro para nosotros. 3. El miedo del resultado - que todo el esfuerzo que ponemos en el cambio puede no llevarnos a un mejor resultado en nuestras vidas, que "el césped no sea más verde". Con este punto de partida, es más fácil co-crear estrategias para superar estos miedos y tomar acciones para avanzar.

Lastly, Support—ensuring they have the tools and resources to sustain their growth. Confidence isn’t about never doubting—it’s about trusting yourself to move forward despite it.
