First of all, I would review the objectives and desired outcomes of the project and ensure that everyone is well aware of it. Then I would separately discuss with both the divided teams on their opinion and how well they align with the objectives. Finally, I would arrange an open discussion with both teams to discuss everyone's views and bring both teams to one common opinion/ solution that would align with the project's objectives.

Encourage open communication by hosting a meeting where team members can voice concerns and priorities to foster mutual understanding. Break the goal into smaller, measurable milestones with shared accountability, and highlight how individual priorities align with team objectives. Assign roles strategically based on team members’ strengths while ensuring fairness. If conflicts arise, act as a neutral mediator to resolve them objectively. Regular check-ins will help track progress and maintain alignment toward the common goal.

First of all, I would stabilish the objectives, secondly, I would also want to hear from both divided team the problem to make more clear the objectives and then foster a supportive team culture, communicate effectively, leverage individual strengths, and adapt to challenges with resilience. Doing so, I believe, all members in the team would get along well and reach a common goal.

I would arrange a technical gathering involving both design teams and implementation teams providing space for a brainstorming session among the teams to identify amd resolve technical contradictions and mismatches and objectives. Through this I would try to orient both design team and implementing teams in to a path of a common objectives by providing feasible solutions and making logical decisions regarding points of clashes among the teams.

Let's work upon the tasks with respect to timeline and we will get to know the priority of the work, based on that we can work towards our goal, we should value others point of view and others technical problems to support each other and have a healthy meeting to accomplish the task on time, which will increase team bonding and moral value and support among ourselves, which will give a confidence to move on further for new heights.
