Se remettre dans le flow après une discussion compliquée avec un client peut demander du temps : il faut le prendre! Une solide base de départ est de s'octroyer une pause pour aller respirer de l'air frais et/ou s'hydrater (eau, café, thé, ce qui marche le mieux pour chacun!). Après ce petit break, je recommande de se replonger dans cette discussion avec un regard plus reposé et frais, et d'y chercher ce que l'on a bien fait, et de réfléchir aux possibilités d'amélioration : ne permettez jamais à un événement difficile de ne pas devenir une opportunité d'apprentissage.
