Businesses where you can find a manager, supervisor or even the owner is a mindful listener, communication and misunderstandings is hard to have it. Why? If you want a good relation whit the coworkers, at the same time you want they work hard, bringing results, for that you need to hear some feedbacks or comments. I am not saying that they will say everything or be unpleasant, you need to make clear that you are the boss and you just want a feedback or want to know if need some improvements. In work time put boundaries, but also listen what people who wants to grow professionally and bring more knowledge to the company. People in charge must have "this feeling."
