How can you ensure data quality and security when working remotely or with multiple clients?

When I was a junior I all the time started with my perspective. I did entries completed projects and ask customers what they think about results. You learn after years that doesn't matter how good you did, it's all about needs and expectations. Therefore all steps must be communicated at the starting point, on midway and at the finish line.

I understand what the client wants, deadlines for each. I follow the standard of data entry, I store data in a safe place, I also have back up, password my system so no other person can have access.

Data Completeness: Ensure that all required fields are filled out. Missing data can hinder analysis and cause issues in reporting.

While I'm working on data files, I focus firstly standardization. Doesn't matter which input way we use, we must keep a standard for data quality. In case if there is any mistake done by user, you can find it out easily. Identifying the error or mistake will be quite easier when it's in a standard template.

In my experience this step is hardest one. Due to user habits it's not easy to consolidate datas in any entry tools. When user use easier way, data managers use more effort for cleansing and classification of the data. In case of any entry tool taken in place, this will increase data quality, visibility and time saving from both parties. Meanwhile it's also very important to keep same understanding between users. while they are inputting data, if they have different perspectives this will bring data mess. Most important point here must be to teach to users how they must use the tools.

Checking and verifying the data is one of the most important point in data quality. If we want to reach clean and verified data, we must focus on checking and verifying data. most important topic here is: following some important points helps to data verification and I believe these are very useful. Cross check between datas, this must be done with users and two different data location for same data. This could be in double entry method as well. In order to have correct information this method will bring two different users input in one topic. So we can verify the data and double check in a smart way.

All my previous experiences proved that half way is bringing values and increasing data quality. rest half way is keeping data safe. If you're not able to protect data, you will not be sure about data quality and data verification. that's why if it's possible we must use back-ups for each data store. On other hand, we experienced positive results when we keep refreshing our passwords regularly. Additionally maintenance of of data is very critical and important step as well.
