Conflict should only be met by exacting and immediate attention. If a person has a remark to make, then you MUST address the potential root cause for such an outburst. And it is an outburst because, if it is spoken....we can only assume it has been considered and thought over long enough to become an utterance. But, always listen first: Then dismantle the falsehoods from the actual reality. Whittle it down into silence.
