    In various projects, when conflicts or issues arise within the timeline, one of the best approaches is to break down the problematic tasks into smaller phases and re-plan them. This allows for a more precise and focused management of the project. It’s important to understand that, during the execution phase, new challenges and issues will inevitably surface, and this is a natural part of the process that must be acknowledged. The real skill lies in properly phase-managing the remaining tasks and focusing on completing each phase at the right time. This approach not only helps in advancing the project but also ensures better resource and time management, ultimately leading to more successful project outcomes.
