Otherwise, people will get lost along the way, leading to a drop in energy and initiative. A clear stakeholder engagement plan with stakeholders identified by what you need from their involvement, whether it’s information , or decision, or expertise, helps stakeholders focus on which piece of the puzzle they are expected to give their energy to.
