If you are managing 3 or more events at the same time, you should have one point person for each event. Preparation is key. Ensure that all the members of your team knows what they need to do in making the event experience pleasant to all attendees. You can provide a program flow, FAQs for reference, conduct collaboration meetings, walk through etc.Use tools and technology to your advantage.

I use ClickUp which is a project management platform. Each project/event will be clearly planned and laid out with tasks assigned to the appropriate team members. It also allows for transparency for all team members. I assign Leads for each event and involve them with all aspects of planning. Their teams are in turn involved as collaboration is key! We have daily stand-up with expanded meetings where needed. Clear communication plans are established to keep everyone updated. Leads are empowered to make certain decisions and know when to escalate. Ensure that your team feels appreciated, supported, and know that issues are seen as factors not failures; this keeps communication open and effective.
