One of the plans for avoiding burnout is 1. Recognizing the early signs 2. Setting boundaries that work 3. Using the power of automation and outsourcing

I take breaks, look for automated process, and work more on time management and prioritize tasks. for time management I use: The 5 P's: Prioritization, Planning, Productivity, Patience, and Persistence The 4 Ds: Delete, Delegate, Defer, and Do The 4 Ps: Prioritize, Plan, Prepare, and Perform

When managing a large portfolio of clients with varied requirements I found the following were key to keeping on top without spiralling in to chaos. Communication - at the start of each month communicate with clients where tax filing have come due, or their financial year has ended. Let them know what you need, when you need it by and what the impact of not having it will be. Time Blocking - mark out time in your calendar for the tasks you need to complete in the week/month. And be firm about protecting that time. However also leave "free" time where you can lend a hand or engage in ad-hoc tasks.

I like working each task on a timer labeled to that task, it helps let me not distract myself while the timer is ticking on that task.

Make the task list. Set them priority wise but just do the task which takes 1 min. If getting bored in high priority task pick another task and do it for 10 mins and move back to original task this will keep you going and increase your efficiency.
