Es tan usual esta problemática, ya que en todas las corporaciones existen elementos que quieren protagonismos, pero recuerdo una enseñanza que un lider me explico, en ocasiones tienes que saber que guerras luchar y que guerras perder, y es mejor que crean que han vencido porque la misión que tenemos en una empresa no es el protagonismo si no lograr el fin común existente y si al dar un paso atrás con tu acción das 2 pasos adelante lo has logrado de una manera más inteligente y no con el estomago y eso es lo que yo aconsejo siempre a mis equipos de trabajo.
