I write down what needs to be done. I handle urgent tasks first. Will Take short breaks to help me stay fresh and focused. I silence notifications to avoid breaking flow. I remind myself it's temporary and just do my best.

Prioritise and delegate (if possible). When planning your work, ensure you receive concrete deadlines and the expectations for the outcome. This can help to avoid overworking and over delivering. Communicate and ensure that the work is still relevant. Sometimes people forget to update you on changes or cancellations. Have max 3 priorities per day that are connected to the most impactful work you need done. To reduce stress, give the brain rest and the body movement.

When deadlines are due, you should remain calm and start by breaking tasks into smaller, manageable steps and setting mini-deadlines to stay on track. Prioritise urgent, top priority tasks and block out focused time in a calendar without distractions. Use lists and digital tools to keep everything organised. Most importantly, I breathe, pause when needed, and don’t let panic drive the process.
