Involving all the stack holders to have their ideas on it to have permanent solutions . to have win win situations as a company and also for vendor. Analysing the trends of sell and taking special approvals to keep inventory at vendors end. So as to avoid this situations. Informing vendors to keep stock for the high runner apart from our forecast +/-% .

When scheduling to buyer as per BOM. Buyer must have analyse plan or part qty required if any discrepancy in qty reschedule the part required as per requirement/MRP. Vendor have capability to produce the parts or lead time suppliers plan as per his stock of RM material.
