2. Reorganizar e priorizar as tarefas: Ajustar as expectativas, redistribuir as responsabilidades de forma realista e estabelecer novos prazos, garantindo que a carga de trabalho seja equilibrada e atingível. 3.

We all are humans, not machines. Deadlines are tend to be missed. But, there can be certain norms a team can follow to avoid them. 1. Regular Team meetings - A standup meeting works. At the start of the day, begin with a brief of last day completion and what they will be completing today. 2. Look for any urgencies, filter them out and get them completed right away. 3-5 rule works here. You list out 3 most important work out of the 5 important tasks, and do them first. You then move to next important tasks.

as a leader in an organization, it is important to realize that your team's challenges such as missed deadlines and low morale can be addressed with a people-focused approach, where you need to conduct an in-depth evaluation of each team member's workload and expectations, create a work environment that supports open communication and collaboration, and provide the necessary training and development to improve their skills and confidence, ultimately rebuilding team spirit and achieving common goals more effectively.
