Your team needs to connect on a deeper level in their initial communication, rather than just introducing themselves and requesting the lead book a call. Here's an example to add to your message. At Prominence Global, we believe business has the power to touch lives & leave a lasting imprint on the world. Every meaningful connection we make is a chance to create something beautiful—something that ripples far beyond the moment. That’s why, through our partnership with B1G1, we mark special moments—like the one we’re about to share—with a gift to someone in need. As a thank you, we’d be honoured if you’d choose an impact that moves you. Together, these gestures become part of a much bigger story—one of kindness, hope, and shared humanity.

I believe it's very important to focus on both strategy & communication skills. In my previous company, I worked with the team that struggled to engage new architects. I revamped their approach by training them to personalize their approach by highlighting the architect's recent works, interesting designs, latest trending themes etc. I also prepared a detailed study about one of the architect's latest works, which helped me to have a healthy & positive conversation that eventually won me the order. Weekly mock sessions were conducted to practice objection handling. Tools like CRM & LinkedIn research were used to create more meaningful conversations. The key is consistent practice, personalization & learning from every interaction.

Help your sales team build social skills and likabilty so that conversations with clients are always more candid. This aspect is mostly taken for granted, but as only humans buy from other humans, its far more likely that a conversion is made if the client and seller like each other, and more importantly trust each other.
