A melhor métrica é o índice de satisfação do cliente, ou seja, olhar sempre para o cliente e isso deve ser o norte da equipe. Se todos estiverem engajados nesse direcionamento, o ideal como gestor é trazer todos para a seguinte pergunta: Se você é o cliente o que você esperaria de nós, produto, serviço, etc nesse momento? Baseado na resposta o indicador (métrica) vai ficar óbvio para todos reduzindo a fricção do time, pois todos estarão engajados no senso comum, que é o cliente e esse por sua vez gera o resultado.
