Analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of your strategy. Identify bottlenecks and determine if adjustments can improve outcomes. If small tweaks don’t yield progress, consider pivoting based on market trends and stakeholder feedback. Weigh risks and benefits before making a decision. Stay flexible but committed to long-term objectives.

Analyse key performance metrics to objectively evaluate your approach and find areas where outcomes fall short. Consider market circumstances and resource allocation to see whether modifications are possible. Seek input from stakeholders to better understand difficulties and potential areas for change. Pivot if the plan no longer fits with goals or yields declining results, and ensure that a new approach successfully solves gaps. Persevere if modest progress suggests possible success with modifications. This balanced appraisal promotes informed decision-making and strategic emphasis.
