Do you have enough throw distance? Do you have enough height as you don't want the screen too close to the floor and do you have enough width

Room size is basically your first consideration here.. It affects projector placement by determining throw distance, screen size, and ceiling height requirements. Larger rooms may need longer throw distances and taller ceilings, while smaller rooms benefit from short-throw projectors. You'll need to consider viewing angles and acoustic properties for optimal performance.

Beside room size you must know your projector lens, throw, aspect ratio and then beside the size the ceiling height and type is key to know what screen or projection space you have. dont forget too low ceiling is a problem, as screens should be at least 1.6m from the floor, so when someone sit in front their heads are below the projections and not hide any content.

Screens sizes are key BUT aspect ratio even more, make sure you match the screen to the projector you get. also as mentioned above don't forget to consider ceiling height, or rather the space from the floor to the bottom of the screen should be not less then 1.5m so if people sit in front of it, they don't block some space of the screen or people all sit in same level space the screen is high enough for all to see.

To me it is not about budget, but to get the right projector for the space given and application, so you need to look at brightness (if you going to conduct video conferencing in a room with projector, you cant switch off the lights) resolution is key BUT for most projectors which are NOT for home cinema there is not need of 4K, HD / WUXGA is sufficient (the lower the resolution the less clear image you get and the lower it is the projector is cheaper) light lamp life is key and don't look at the eco mode hours but the actual hours. if budget allow - i highly recommend to go with laser projectors. and remember - what you pay is what you get !!!

Do you want 4k with HDR which will give you amazing picture quality and colors or are you ok with less than this? Also, you don't need a ceiling mount projector, you can use an ultra short throw projector. Ultra short throw projectors sit right in front of the screen and can be at the bottom or the top of the screen. This is very helpful when you don't have power outlets available in the ceiling or in rooms with lower ceiling heights.

The first thing I look for is a white wall or the possibility of setting up a screen, the projector is placed on a tripod, as are the speakers to the left and right of the screen. The mixer, media player, amplifier and wireless receiver are installed at the bottom of the projector. If available, the curtains or roller blinds are closed.

For sufficient brightness, I use projectors with 2000 lumens or more. If the room lighting is not adjustable, I illuminate the rear and side walls with dimmable spotlights, the lighting desk and the projector.

I do not touch the color wheel or LCD panel with the brush, some devices can also be blown out with the compressor, at low compressor power, well suited for fans. The filters can usually be washed out or replaced. Projector operation without filters leads to the premature death of the device. A projector should only be moved when the lamp has cooled down, do not switch it off until the fans have stopped. The projectors are stored in their bags or closed Rako boxes. The lamp should be replaced after notification in the menu, as old lamps can damage the projector.

The screen is very important. Screens are more than just white backgrounds. Screens can enhance the light (picture) coming from the projector and/or they can enhance the contrast. Some screens can reduce the amount of light so you don't end up with sections of the screen that are brighter than others (called hotspots). Also some screens are designed to reject ambient light so the picture is not washed out by the ambient light in the room. These are known as ALR (ambient light rejecting) screens. Consider investing more in a screen as you are more likely to upgrade your projector sooner than you think about replacing your screen.
