Primero hago una visión general y establezco prioridades claras. Me concentro en las tareas que tienen mayor impacto en el control y la calidad del proyecto, dejando de lado los detalles que no son tan importantes o simplemente que no aportan valor, así consigo optimizar el tiempo. Realizo revisiones constantes y rápidas, Prefiero trabajar con ciclos de revisión cortos en lugar de una única revisión al final. Así identifico y corrijo problemas rápidamente, reduciendo la necesidad de rehacer gran parte del trabajo. Aún así es muy importante que el equipo sea objetivo y realista con los plazos marcados, si no es así puede ser frustante.

Deixe seu time qualificado 5. Faça gembas para acompanhar o processo e procure ajudar as pessoas 6. Faça reuniões diárias com seu time para verificação de como foi o dia anterior e organizar o dia vigente 7. Discuta e analise as ocorrências que levaram a causa de algum problema 8. Procure informar sempre seus clientes 9. Reconheça os esforços do seu time
