Another clue is how the website or app looks on phones – if it's not easy to use on a phone, that can make people leave too. To make things better, we need to look at things like buttons that tell users what to do (we call them CTAs) and make sure they work well. We also need to check if the website or app is easy to understand and navigate. By listening to what users say and making these things better, we can make sure more people stay and enjoy using the website or app.

While a user's verbal inputs can help describe their thinking and thought process, the real goal as a designer is to understand if what you designed is adding value to their experience (and adding value to the business). As designers, we must continue to connect the user story back to how well-designed experiences can help increase user value, improve customer experience, increase business profitability and more.
