I have found that to further enhance clarity, i utilize visual aids such as flowcharts or process diagrams when setting expectations. As data becomes more and more vital to an organisation's health, we start to realise that most transactions from various processes start from, flow through or end off with Accounting and Finance. Given the right tools, perspectives and training the team and its members can provide insights to and partner the business at various levels. While we acknowledge the current good work and points to improve, we also need to point the way to the next level.
