The company SFSG is subject to French law.
Terms of Use
Services associated with the Website (referred to as the "Service") are created, developed, and provided by SFSG.
By using the Service, you acknowledge full acceptance of the Terms of Use, Terms of Sales, Privacy Policies and Conditions, referred to hereinafter as "T&C". The Service is regularly updated by SFSG and these T&C may also be modified or supplemented at any time. Users of the Service are thus invited to view them as often as possible to get familiar with their content.
The Service is normally accessible to users from a web browser at all times. However, SFSG may decide to interrupt service for technical maintenance at any time for reasons it deems appropriate.
Description of the Service
The Service is dedicated for teachers and students and primarily allows to play and compose music by manipulating prerecorded sound loops depicted as icons that are dragged and dropped on animated characters. The Service also makes it possible to create account, manage students accounts, create classrooms, save and download musical compositions. SFSG may at its sole discretion and at any time temporarily or permanently modify, suspend, improve, or interrupt any aspect of the Service. The Service can only be used for personal, educational (school context) and non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorized use of the Service may force SFSG to suspend/delete access to the Service without warning.
SFSG endeavors to provide information and features that are as accurate as possible through the Service. Nevertheless, it cannot be held liable for any omissions, inaccuracies, and defects in the updates of these items, whether they be the result of its own actions or those of third-party partners.
Contractual limitations on technical data
The Service uses PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript technologies to function.
SFSG cannot be held liable for any direct or consequential damages sustained by the user's hardware during access to the Service that arise from either the appearance of a bug or an incompatibility, whether as a result of the use of hardware not meeting the specifications described on the Service. Consequently, the user agrees to use recent hardware that is free of viruses and equipped with an updated, latest-generation browser or operating system.
Intellectual property and counterfeiting
SFSG is the owner of the intellectual property rights and holds the rights of use over all items accessible on the Service, such as brands, logos, illustrations, graphics, icons, images, photos, sounds, texts, or computer codes of its own production.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, distribution, and adaptation of all or part of the items of the Service, including software, written, visual, or sound items, regardless of the method or procedure used, is prohibited, except with the prior, written authorization of SFSG.
The audio files made available to users of the Service via the musical compositions download feature are subject to the same rules. All sound loops offered on the Service for use in composing the music obtained via the Service are the exclusive property of SFSG. Consequently, any products downloaded from the Service can only be used for personal, educational and non-commercial purposes. Any reproduction, transmission, sale, separation, alteration, or modification other than aims listed above is strictly prohibited.
Any unauthorized use of the Service or any of the items it contains will be considered counterfeiting and will be prosecuted pursuant to the provisions of Articles L335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code.Hyperlinks and cookies
The Service doesn't contains hyperlinks to other websites so students logged on their dashboard will never be redirected outside the Service.
Browsing the Service may result in the installation of cookie(s) on the user's computer. A cookie is a small file that does not make it possible to identify the user, but saves information related to a computer's browsing on a website. Data obtained in this manner are used to facilitate subsequent browsing on the Service and also make it possible to obtain various browsing statistics.
The user may configure their computer so as not to accept cookies. Refusing the installation of a cookie may make it impossible to access certain features.Terms of Sales
Teachers can try the Service for free during a limited period. Then, they can buy Plans to access all features, invite more students and/or extend duration. A paid Plan gives access to all Service's functionality. A Plan is composed of a number of licenses (one license per student) and a period duration. E.g: if you buy 50 licenses for 1 month, you will be able to invite 50 students to access the Service during 30 days from the purchase date. There is no recurring payments,
you will be charged only once for the chosen period.
Refund policy
We only provide refunds in case of major compatibility issues with our Service (the trial version let precisely teachers be sure that everything works before buying Plans). If you encounter an issue with our Service, there’s probably a way to fix it. Please
contact us, we'll find a tailor-made solution for your needs.
Bank/card data
We don't collect any of your bank/card account information. We use the third-party service Stripe to handle the payment process part.

System requirements
To access and run the Service properly, user needs a minimum required configuration.
- An internet connection is required to access the Service (no offline mode).
- The Service has been designed for desktop computers and tablet devices.
- A modern and up to date web browser is required (Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Edge).
- A recent and up to date Operating System is required (Windows 10, MacOS 10.11, iOS 15, Android 8 Oreo).
Privacy Policy
By using the Service, you accept the terms of our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these T&C.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation or “GDPR”, you have right of access, rectification, or objection to your personal data by contacting
our support. SFSG only collect data to ensure the proper functioning of the technical part of the Service.
Data collected
Here is the list of personnal data collected when using the Service:
- Teachers: name, surname, email address, password and last loggin date.
- Students: name, username, password and last loggin date (passwords are encrypted before being saved).
In order to ensure the privacy of students, we don't collect data that could let us (or anyone) get private information about them (not even their email address).
Data retention and deletion
We keep data as long as is necessary to provide you the Service. Data will be deleted from our servers when it is no longer needed within a reasonable time limit (one year inactive accounts will be automaticaly deleted). On your request, we can delete your data.
SFSG doesn't published, exchanged, transferred, disclosed, or sold any data from users of the Service.
The databases are protected by the provisions of the French law of July 1, 1998 implementing Directive 96/9 of March 11, 1996 on the legal protection of databases.
Third-party services
To make it works, the Service needs to use features provided from third-party services. Below you can find the complete list of what we use:
- Stripe (payment processing) allows teachers to pay online to buy Plans. Note that SFSG doesn't collect any of your payment/card/bank informations.
- Sendinblue (email SMTP solution) allows SFSG to send email to teachers (account confirmation, password reset, expired plan reminder, invoices...).
- Google Analytics (audience analysis tool) help us analyze traffic on the Service so we can improve it.
Security
We are committed to doing everything we can to protect the personal data of our users. We have implemented several security measures and safeguards, and we always check that the third parties we work with do the same. But please note that no system is ever completely secure, so that's why SFSG can't guarantee or accept liability for unintentional disclosure.
