At Groupe BPCE level, in their capacity as representatives of the parent companies, the senior managers of the Caisses d’Epargne, Chairmen/women of the Steering and Supervisory Boards and the Chairmen/women of the Management Boards are members of the Group’s various bodies and take part in the major decisions and orientations that apply to all Group companies.
