Born in Russia and raised in Tel Aviv, Flora specializes in emerging trends, meticulously researched guides, and inspirational personalities. Her work has appeared in Wired, Elle, Food & Wine, Condé Nast Traveler and many more publications nationwide, in addition to Eater, where Flora has been covering the Bay Area food scene since 2021. When she’s not writing, Flora teaches journalism courses at the Academy of Art University, curates cultural events like Parlar Series and raises a daughter, who doesn’t touch mac and cheese but would try an oyster.
