Anders Bruhn

Anders Bruhn is a member of our Energy & Natural Resources (ENR), Advanced Manufacturing & Services (AMS) and Private Equity (PE) practices.

Anders recently served as a senior partner and leadership team member for Qvartz prior to the firm's integration with us in early 2020. 

His latest client work has focused mostly on renewable projects within the utility and developer space, including leading suppliers and investors. He has also been highly involved in developing PE-owned companies and driving relevant due diligence processes.

Anders's recent key client achievements include:

• Developing a utility to become a leading player in the renewable sector;
• Developing a PE-backed company in the energy sector to become a world leader with strong underlying growth and profitability; and
• Supporting a US utility on its entry into new renewables spheres.  

He has also led various due diligence, strategy, restructuring and M&A efforts for some of the largest industrial and PE players, especially those focused on renewables and linked to the construction and civil engineering industries.

Previously, Anders worked for MT Højgaard, Denmark’s foremost construction company, where he was responsible for implementing and driving pivotal corporate business development initiatives.

He holds an M. Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School (CBS).
