      ⭐ **1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience**

      I am also facing a serious **hanging issue** with this phone. Honestly, this is one of the worst phone-buying experiences I have had.

      The phone keeps hanging, and instead of helping the customer, the company is making things even more frustrating. At the time of purchase, the **exchange/replacement option was clearly shown**, but when you actually need to use it, the exchange product is suddenly **out of stock** and there is no proper return option for a defective phone.

      It feels like customers are being **misled by showing an exchange policy at the time of purchase and then making it impossible to use when there is an actual problem**.

      I strongly regret buying this phone. **Think twice before purchasing it, especially from Amazon.** If you receive a defective or faulty unit, getting a proper replacement or return can be extremely difficult.
