Les + - La texture est bonne (ok pour un dentifrice) - goût plutôt agréable - non agressif, parfait pour les gencives fragiles ou fines. Les - : - parfois difficile à ouvrir mais c’est ok ! Au moins ça sécurise l’ouverture … Je conseille si saignement ou sensibilité chaud / froid de l’utiliser en cure : - appliquer une noisette sur la gencive sensible - appliquer le soir avant de dormir - faire la manipulation pendant 2 a 3 jours max Cela calme les sensibilités En résumé, un très bon dentifrice pour les personnes recherchant un soin doux, efficace et respectueux des gencives.     J'utilise ce dentifrice depuis maintenant quelques temps, pas à usage quotidien mais plutôt quand j'ai les gencives douloureuses ou une dent douloureuse au chaud et au froid. Franchement ce dentifrice elmex son travail et je le recommande. Le prix n'est vraiment pas excessif pour l'avoir comparé en magasin où vous le trouverez plus cher. En plus il n'est pas désagréable en bouche et vous donne une haleine fraîche
