    The Galaxy A37 is a great mid-tier phone with lots of features. It comes with the phone, a charging cable, a quick start guide, and a SIM removal tool. I downloaded and read the owner's manual from the Samsung website and found the phone comes with Samsung's data transfer tool called "Smart Switch". For Android phones you can download this software to your existing phone to transfer your contacts, messages, photos, call history, etc. to the A37. I had a small problem getting the data to transfer using a USB cable but the Wi-Fi transfer worked perfectly in just a few minutes. Very helpful. I transferred the nano SIM from my previous phone into the A37 and it connected smoothly to the T-mobile network. I placed and received a few calls to test the phone. I connected the phone to my home Wi-Fi and it connected to my router using the Wi-Fi 6 protocol. This is the first device I've seen that supports that feature of my router. I spent a few more minutes configuring the phone to my preferences. The screen is very bright and easy to read. Some features like pre-made themes require creating or logging into a Samsung account. A few other features and enhancements require creating a Samsung account but it's an optional requirement. The A37 is missing a few premium features that the Galaxy S-series offers like wireless charging and super-rez cameras, but at this price I don't really miss them. Overall I'm extremely happy with the A37. It seems to connect to my local cell towers with slightly better signal strength. It has more memory than my previous phone, more built-in features, better cameras, and a faster processor. This was a very welcome upgrade.

      This Galaxy A37 5G is fantastic. It’s snappy, reliable, and feels like a major step up in quality. While it sits at a much lower price point than the thousand-dollar flagship models, it is so much better than the cheap, off-brand Android devices I've used and reviewed in the past.

      The most noticeable difference is the camera. The level of detail you get, especially when zooming in, is night and day compared to budget no-name phones. I can see every fine detail in a photo with crystal clarity, and the depth of field is surprisingly professional. You simply don't get that kind of lens quality on the ultra-cheap stuff.

      Connectivity is another area where the brand name proves its worth. The GPS is consistently accurate, and I’ve noticed I get better reception on the same SIM card than I did with my previous phone. Spots that used to be dead zones now actually have service. It’s clear that the price reflects better internal antennas and sensors.

      The day-to-day performance is great as well. There is no lagging or crashing, and everything feels very responsive. It handles 5G and WiFi 6 perfectly. I struggled a little with the in-screen fingerprint sensor after putting on a screen protector, but there's also the face unlock as an alternative. The lavender color is nice, it looks premium without being flashy.

      It is also impressive that this model includes the newer AI features like circle-to-search and AI photo editing. Being able to quickly retouch colors or remove a person from the background of a shot is a huge perk that used to be reserved for the most expensive models just 1-2 years ago.

      If you’re wondering whether it’s worth spending a bit more on this versus a rock-bottom budget phone, the answer is yes. The leap in quality from a no-name brand to this Galaxy is much more significant than the jump from this to a top-tier flagship. The daily reliability and better parts make it well worth the investment. I use it for my daily browsing, photography, and navigation and am very happy with the performance of this phone.
