    I got smudge marks on the screen but the phone came completely smudgeless, not a mark, dent, scratch or scuff on it! I wiped it down with a microfiber cloth to get the one speck of dust off that was on the screen, but otherwise he works great! Came to me unlocked and fully functional, feels great in my hand and the back of the phone is such a high quality finish with a great, grippy texture and wonderful color. The sound of the speakers is pretty good! Better than the iPhone I’m typing this on for sure! The case I got that you see in the photos is a perfect fit and the phone generally is very convenient. I love to flip it, the flip feature is great and very useful. Ultimately the Razr Ultra 2025 is a phone I hope to keep for a very long time, although I’ll see how it holds up to stress over time and maybe update my review. Also, barely any crease compared to the 2024 base model which I love! I keep seeing bad reviews of this refurbished phone but mine is great so far!!

      Only issue is at first it kept turning off on its own. With the Android logo laying down screen. Usually, would happen every day maybe twice a day, hasn't happened in about 1 week. I've had this phone for about 3 weeks. The Motorola symbol was missing, but for the price, I don't mind. The camera is great, I've dropped it a few times, it looks fragile, but No scratches or dents. Just keep a case on. Definitely worth the money.

      Don’t buy from here. It’s a crap shoot. The phone I got had problems from the start. I tried taking their recommendations with resets and other troubleshooting. Finally the phone showed issues wit the screen and when I requested a refund I was charged a 50 percent restocking fee. I would not recommend taking the chance. Don’t buy here get a phone somewhere else with a better return policy in case you have issues .

      A phone arrived in good condition, but it did not include a USB cable or (more importantly) a SIM tray ejector as stated on the section titled "What's In The Box". The phone was discounted, but the description was not accurate. I did not notice any scratches or marks on the phone itself.

      The other unclear descriptor is that while the phone is unlocked, it is an AT&T phone. This means it has bloated software and starts up with the AT&T logo. Not a deal breaker given the price of a refurbished Motorola Edge 2025 is half the price of buying it new, but I wish the seller provided this information up front.

      Overall very satisfied with this purchase despite having to deal with these unexpected issues.

      Got this to replace a OnePlus Open, which is nice, but now unnecessary for my needs as it's too big and cumbersome to handle. I've always been fond of my flip phone Razr from the 2000s, so I couldn't pass up getting one now that the price has been heavily marked down.

      It arrived from a seller in NJ in excellent condition. Practically brand new save for one scratch on the smaller, secondary screen roughly a centimeter long. I don't even notice it when powered on. My particular order was originally from AT&T stock. There were two copies of instructions, a USB cable for the phone, and even an ejector pin for the SIM card slot (which almost never happens). I was really surprised at how through the seller was, good on you. Despite the AT&T logo on boot, the phone was genuinely unlocked. I had no issues setting it up with my current carrier. With Motorola's recent partnership announcement with GrapheneOS, I look forward to cutting out the bloatware entirely in the future, though I can make due for now by going into safe mode and disabling it, which I did.

      The phone feels slightly heavier than my OnePlus Open, which is surprising, though it fits in my hand when folded. I guess that's the price paid for making a phone more compact. On paper, the OnePlus Open has a better camera, but I've never liked how the lens array sticks out on that phone. They stick out here too, but at least it's just two small lenses as opposed to one giant circular spot that constantly gets dirt stuck to it.

      I'll need some time to "live with it" before making any calls about build quality, durability, and performance. I'll be back to update this later
