Customer Service History

You can easily access your previous chat conversations with Amazon's Customer Service.

Access your previous chat conversations and/or Customer Service history with Amazon's Customer Service by following the steps.
To view your Chat history, please start a new Chat session:
  1. Go to Customer Service.
  2. Select the same issue and, if applicable, the order to which your previous conversation related.
  3. Select "I need more help".
  4. Select "Start chatting now".
  5. You will connect with either a Customer Service Agent, or with our Chat bot.
  6. Once the chat window opens, simply scroll up to view your previous conversations.
Please note:

Chat history is only visible while you're in an active chat session that you can initiate following the instructions above.

This feature helps you reference past interactions and solutions.

Email and Phone history is not viewable in your Chat history. To access your Email history, please check your Message Centre. To access your complete Customer Service history, please see Request Your Personal Information.
