The iPhone will not activate no matter what I try. I have tried to update it on my MacBook and ir won’t complete either. The cosmetic damage is worse that advertised. The phone should be in “excellent” condition and yet it’s not. This was bought as a gift and it’s just down right embarrassing that it’s been sent in the condition it is and now it’s not working. I bought this phone as a gift for someone abroad and it is so embarrassing that it is not working and now I have to send it back to the UK.
