Belgium is Design
Belgium is Design is an initiative created to promote Belgian design on the international stage. Active since 2011, it brings together designers, studios and companies under a shared identity and a recognized label of quality. Through curated collective projects at major international design events, Belgium is Design highlights the creativity, innovation and know-how that define Belgian design. By combining cultural promotion with economic development, the initiative strengthens the international visibility of Belgian talent while ensuring high professional standards and meaningful connections with global markets. Belgium is Design is led by Wallonie‑Bruxelles Design Mode, Flanders District of Creativity and MAD Brussels.
For the first time, Belgium is Design will take part in 3daysofdesign with a curated selection of 14 Belgian design companies. From industrially produced products to more unique pieces—an ideal mix to give any interior a distinctive character. From lighting, faucets, and textiles, to cutlery, seating elements, and furniture pieces. The selected brands stand for innovation, renewal, experiment and high–quality products. The companies are: Alinea Design Objects, Atelier Belge, Eternum, Phantom Objects by Frederick Delbart, Hind Rabii, Home Studyo, Jord Lindelauf, LcD Textile Edition, Mademoiselle Jo, Modular Lighting Instruments, paulineplusluis, Re–Volt, rvb and Vormen.
