    $\begingroup$ Dictatorship are sexist yes but have lots of females that they treat badly. North Korea and China have lots of women in military and police- it is a step up from grinding poverty to slightly better status and massive sexual harassment. $\endgroup$ Commented Aug 21, 2018 at 3:38
