Delete Ticket
Yes, tickets can be deleted.
You can delete tickets in two ways:
1. From the Ticket Details Page
- Open the ticket.
- Click on the Delete action.
2. From the Ticket List (Bulk Delete)
- Select multiple tickets from the list.
- Click on Bulk Actions.
- Choose Delete Ticket.
Please note:
- Only users with proper permissions (Admins or allowed agent roles) can delete tickets.
- You can manage these permissions from:
Support → Support Agents → Agent Roles
Ticket Number Macro
If you want to display the ticket number inside email templates, you can use the following macro:
{{ticket_id}}
This will dynamically insert the ticket number into the email.
