    Hi, is it possible to delete ticket? And if so, how to do it, please?

    Also, is it possible shortcode for ticket number?

    Delete Ticket

    Yes, tickets can be deleted.

    You can delete tickets in two ways:

    1. From the Ticket Details Page

    • Open the ticket.
    • Click on the Delete action.

    2. From the Ticket List (Bulk Delete)

    • Select multiple tickets from the list.
    • Click on Bulk Actions.
    • Choose Delete Ticket.

    Please note:

    • Only users with proper permissions (Admins or allowed agent roles) can delete tickets.
    • You can manage these permissions from:
      Support → Support Agents → Agent Roles

    Ticket Number Macro

    If you want to display the ticket number inside email templates, you can use the following macro:

    {{ticket_id}}

    This will dynamically insert the ticket number into the email.

    If you are referring to a frontend shortcode to display a specific ticket number on a page, please clarify your use case so we can guide you properly.
