OPTML_JS_CDN

Hi,

I have downloaded two js files uploaded them to wp-content/uploads, configured wp_config.php as below

define( ‘OPTIML_USE_ENV’, ‘true’ );
define( ‘OPTML_JS_CDN’, ‘domain.com/wp-content/uploads’ );

But it still loading js file from cdn?

Is it still same config? am i doing something wrong?
