Hi, I’ve noticed strenge forms behaviour after one of last updates – the form styles doesn’t load – have 8 forms, all the same. I tried to create new form – the same.

All forms look like on the screenshot:
    https://prnt.sc/qr5WFSeo2F0c

With an additional field: “Please do not fill in this field.”

In form editing modus in dashboard – in Appearance Preview – everythings looks ok, on the production site not.
    – already turned off caching plugin
    – checked the console for blocked ressources – nothing, no sign of Forminator Styles (I know already that Forminator is creating files in the Uploads folder), they are there

    Thanx in advance

I’ve done some tests (messing a production site of one of my clients, I hope the client is sleeping or making party , not watchin’ the site), here are the results:

    Steps to reproduce:

    • I´ve tried with – from my point of view – last good working Forminator ver. 1.30.2 + WordPress 6.9 – styles are not loaded.
    • Downgraded to WordPress 6.8.3 + Forminator ver. 1.30.2 – Bingo! it works! Styles are loaded
    • Still in WordPress 6.8.3 + Forminator update from ver. 1.30.2 to the last 1.49.2 – it works- styles are loaded

It looks like there is some kind of problem with WordPress version 6.9

    Hi @heneart

I hope you are doing well and sorry to hear you are having this issue.

Some plugins are causing conflict on Forminator ( and other plugins ) when using the shutdown hook to buffer the data, could you please install the WordPress 6.9 along to Forminator and run a full plugin conflict test in a staging website ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-staging/ ).

The plugin conflict test is found at: https://wpmudev.com/docs/getting-started/getting-support/#conflict-test

    Hey there,

I’ve come across a similar problem – when my site is open in HTTPS, the user-defined CSS styles in Forminator are not loaded, but when I open my site in HTTP, they load correctly.

Hope it helps solving the problem…

    Hi @heneart,

Please do make sure your site is configured to load in https, you can confirm that under Settings > General and by checking the “WordPress Address (URL)” and “Site Address (URL)” fields in your WP Dashboard.

The URLs in the above fields should be loading https instead of http. If its http, then try updating that to https.

Please do make sure to create a backup before you apply the above step.

If you still face the same issue after the above, please open a new thread so we can assist further. Replying to an existing thread created by another user can cause miscommunication.

    Hi @heneart,

I understand your concern, but we observed the mentioned issue, conflict on Forminator ( and other plugins ) when using the shutdown hook to buffer the data with WordPress version 6.9 only.

Can you please perform a conflict test on staging, as we mentioned in our earlier response, and let us know the result? This will help us to narrow down the issue, try replicate it at our end, and help you with a possible solution.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

    Best Regards,
    Nebu John
