We looked into this a little further and think the issue happens if you have not checked the Hide WordPress Logo and Links option.

We will make this clearer in the explanation in the future release.

We are struggling to recreate this issue.

Could you possibly make a video where you show the settings and also the browser inspector for the missing element?

That will help us try and get to the bottom of the issue.

We have replicated your settings but can’t replicate the issue. Right now, we think it might be cache related.

Can you please confirm if you uncheck the hide the WordPress logo and hide links option, the WordPress logos appear straight away?
