Commented enqueue_script

Hello everybody,
Yesterday I was searching why the toc on my pages wasn’t folding, and I finally found that’s the line who called the enqueue_script function was commented. so I uncommented it to have the front js loading and it to the trick. I don’t know if it’s one of our devs mistake, but usually we do not touch the plugins code..
