Blocking WordPress update

    I updated WordPress and then discovered this in the traffic inspector log:

    HTTP 403 Forbidden
Spam form submission denied
Bot detected

Referrer
https://mywebsite.com/wp-admin/upgrade.php?step=upgrade_db

User agent
WordPress/5.2.3; https://mywebsite.com

    How does that even get blocked?!

    Now I’m not sure if WordPress updated the DB correctly.
