Sono estremamente delusa poiché in tutta la mia vita NON HO MAI recensito negativamente, di solito lo faccio solo per scrivere in positivo. Questa esperienza è stata estremamente negativa con Autoone-Surprice presso l’aeroporto di Cagliari (10 agosto, ore 10:30). Gli operatori al desk, un ragazzo e una ragazza, oltre a metterci fretta con una "tattica" tra loro studiata e piuttosto squallida oltre che molto evidente devo dire, ci hanno detto chiaramente che, senza sottoscrivere la loro copertura Kasko, anche per un semplice graffio avrebbero potuto trattenere fino a 3.700 € dalla carta di credito. La ragazza presente ha addirittura sottolineato che, in seguito agli incendi in Sardegna, erano stati addebitati anche 13.000 €: affermazioni chiaramente utilizzate per spaventare e convincere i clienti ad acquistare la loro polizza. Non solo: ci ha detto che la copertura TOTALE della compagnia online (65 €), con cui avevamo prenotato l’auto, non avrebbe avuto alcuna validità. In realtà, abbiamo poi scoperto che avrebbe coperto tutti i danni. Risultato? Da un preventivo di 180 € siamo arrivati a pagare quasi 500 €, forzati e messi sotto pressione a sottoscrivere la loro assicurazione da circa 250 €. Sul posto abbiamo incontrato almeno altri tre clienti insoddisfatti, coinvolti in discussioni per le stesse ragioni: segno che si tratta di una pratica abituale. Sconsiglio vivamente questa compagnia. In oltre 15 anni di viaggi e noleggi auto non mi era mai capitato di trovarmi davanti a un servizio tanto scorretto e a operatori che deliberatamente scelgono di lavorare per compagnie che hanno queste "politiche" allucinanti. Extremely negative experience with Autoone-Surprice at Cagliari Airport (August 10, 10:30 am). The desk staff (a young man and a young woman), in addition to rushing us with a rather obvious and frankly unpleasant “tactic” between them, clearly told us that without purchasing their Kasko coverage, even a minor scratch could result in up to €3,700 being charged to our credit card. The woman even emphasized that, following the recent wildfires in Sardinia, customers had been charged as much as €13,000—statements clearly aimed at scaring and pressuring clients into buying their insurance. Not only that: she told us that the FULL coverage from the online broker (which cost €65 and through which we had booked the car) would be completely invalid. We later found out this was false, as it would have covered all damages. The result? From an initial quote of €180, we ended up paying nearly €500, essentially forced and pressured into purchasing their insurance for about €250. At the location, we also met at least three other dissatisfied customers, all arguing for the very same reasons—a clear sign that these are standard practices for this company. I strongly advise against renting from this company. In over 15 years of traveling and renting cars, I have never encountered such dishonest service, nor staff who deliberately choose to work under such outrageous and misleading policies.

I dropped off my car at Brayley Kia Enfield at 9:00 AM due to two main issues: 1.The A/C evaporator was leaking onto the undercarriage, causing rust to form. This is concerning, as the condensation should drain directly to the ground not onto metal components that are susceptible to corrosion. 2.Shifting into 2nd gear was slightly difficult. All other gears shifted fine, and the clutch is functioning perfectly. I was told the rust caused by the A/C leak was “normal.” I strongly disagree. It's not normal for condensation to leak onto the vehicle’s structure in a way that causes rust. Simply fixing the rust won’t prevent the issue from recurring,the hose needs to be rerouted properly to drain onto the ground. Regarding the shifting issue, I was advised that I need a full clutch kit. I questioned whether this would actually resolve the problem with 2nd gear, as I suspect the issue may be related to the gearbox synchronizer, especially since all other gears are functioning properly. Customer Service Issues: also want to highlight the unacceptable customer service I experienced I returned at 4:20 PM the same day to collect my vehicle. After making me wait nearly two hours in the waiting area, I was informed that the car needed to be kept overnight. This could have easily been communicated earlier. yet already spent £50 on an Uber and was extremely tired after work, only to be told last minute that my car wasn’t ready. When I expressed my frustration, the staff member told me it was my fault for not requesting a courtesy car! I had not been informed this was even an option. The next day, I returned and was offered £100 off the £250 inspection fee as peace offering.an inspection I believe was either not completed or not communicated properly. Damage to my Vehicle When I got home and opened the driver’s door, I discovered a 10-inch scratch on the inside panel of the door. I was understandably very upset. I called the dealership, but they denied responsibility and appeared unwilling to investigate further. To make matters worse, I was asked to send photos to an email address that turned out to be inactive: I felt dismissed and ignored, as if I was being punished for having raised concerns earlier. In summary, I believe the service I received was unprofessional and unacceptable. It feels like there was a lack of accountability, poor communication, compassion, and even an attempt to exploit me financially. I would appreciate it if someone could contact me to discuss and resolve these issues properly.

Honestly, I am so grateful for the education I was given through Dan Lok University. What I learned through his courses was worth every dime that I spent and to this day I have no regrets. I learned how to write Copy (Sales in Print), how to market myself, expand the products and services I can offer to customers, I learned Email Marketing, Attraction Marketing, how to write Advertisements, how to use Buyer psychology, his books shed light on what is truly possible. The first course I ever took from Dan Lok was "The art of Copy" and that was not only a great start to my copywriting learning journey but probably the most valuable copywriting course I took because you can apply what you learn to all other forms of copywriting (Sales in print). Dan Lok really teaches you how to sell yourself, how to sell for others and how to do Target Market Research. I have no regrets taking any of his courses, I am purely grateful for the education that I have received from him and his team. Plus! I bought some of these courses years ago and I still have access to them today, once you buy the courses you have them forever, so it really is worth the money because you can look over the course material as many times as you need to. If you need a reminder or a refresher on the material, it's right there for you. The education is worth every dime I spent. The time I took studying the material was worth every second I spent and I genuinely have no regrets taking his courses or buying his courses. It was worth every dime I spent investing into my education. His courses are no B.S because you get a real Marketing and Copywriting education and nobody can take that away from you. Once you learn how to write Sales Material, Sell yourself and Market yourself you can apply that knowledge anywhere and to any industry. You can apply the knowledge to yourself, you can apply the knowledge to another person or another company. Once you learn the information and learn the Skills taught in his courses there is literally no stopping you. Nobody can stop you from succeeding but yourself. These Courses are worth it and I genuinely have no regrets.
