I recently subscribed to SLYFONE and immediately realized it wasn’t the right service for me. Their policy states that refunds are allowed within 24 hours of subscribing, so I canceled and requested my refund the same day, well within their policy. However, SLYFONE denied my refund for no valid reason, contradicting their own terms. Their response was illogical: they confirmed my subscription started on March 17, 2025, and that I requested my refund on March 17, 2025—yet still refused to process it. This is clear evidence of deceptive and unethical business practices. Their customer service is useless, simply repeating scripted responses while refusing to honor their own policies. I have since escalated the issue with Google Play and my bank for a chargeback. If you’re thinking about subscribing to SLYFONE, DON’T. They trap you in subscriptions and refuse to refund you, even when you comply with their stated policy. A classic scam tactic. I will continue reporting them to consumer protection agencies to warn others about their deceptive refund practices. Stay away from this dishonest company!

We have been working with Course Creek for nearly two years, and I must say, they are both professional and thorough. Our series of professional courses, originally built in 2006, needed significant updating. I Visited Claire's in Oldham town centre a few weeks ago to get mine and my little sisters ears pierced. Now 2 weeks later I've had now had to go to a&e... Unfortunately the piercer has put studs in that are too small for my ears and whilst sleeping this has caused the stud to actually go inside my ear lobe! I attended a piercing shop in Manchester and explained and they couldn't take this out for me as it had already healed over.. The professional piercer also confirmed Claire's had put studs in that was too small. Now I've had to sit in a&e for 5 hours waiting for help to get them taken out, both ears are also infected as well. ( I also used the solution from Claire's twice a day). I've also lost money as I've had to take time off work because of this! I want my money back. Angry and disappointed is not the word.

College Advisor has been incredibly helpful throughout the college application process. The resources they provide make finding colleges, applying for scholarships, and writing college application essays a lot less stressful than it would be if I were doing it alone. On top of that, my advisor, Fritzie de Mata, helped me choose the colleges that best fit me, and she encouraged me to double major in Art and Psychology. Because of College Advisor, I've been accepted to CSUF, CSULB, CPP, and UCR, but most importantly, my dream school, UCSC, where I plan to double major in Psychology and Game and Art Design. Now that it's time to start looking for scholarships, I feel comfortable knowing that I'm in good hands with College Advisor.

We rented a car from Dollar at the airport in Maui, and it was by far the least expensive option. For a 5-day rental, it saved us about $160 less than the next best deal from another company. We were nervous after reading many negative reviews of Dollar, but decided to take a chance and are very glad we did. Not only was it the cheapest option, but the entire experience, from reserving the car, to picking it up, to returning it was very smooth. We paid exactly what we expected to with no added charges, there was literally no line or wait to pick up the car, and returning it was just as easy & quick. We found this deal through DiscoverCars.com, which I also highly recommend (and have reviewed separately).

Xpatations was incredibly helpful for us to find a beautiful townhouse in the historic center of Haarlem. There is NO WAY we would have even been considered for this rental as the Netherlands is one of the most brutal real estate markets in the world. Rupert helped us with negotiations, signing the contract, he took videos of the townhouse, and then he arranged fur us to get utilities. We could not have done any of this with out him. I highly recommend you hire him. We would have been lost without him. He is also really fun to hang out with, we can't wait to take him and his wife to dinner when we move there in early April.

I've been experiencing issues with Study.com for two months now. The website has repeatedly prevented me from taking the Final Exam due to various technical reasons. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the problem, their customer support either cannot grasp the issue or simply isn't interested in addressing it. As of now, the issue remains unresolved, and I am still being charged $235 monthly without any resolution. This level of service is unacceptable, and I would strongly caution others before using their platform. It’s incredibly frustrating to be stuck in this situation with no support or clear solution.

I am shocked at one of your commercials, it starts out with a young girl and a word bleeped out. Shame on Spot ins. I was looking for insurance for my cat but will look elsewhere. Is this how you want your company to be known for. Cursing and bleeping? You know I am but one person, and one person means nothing to a company like you. But will all my hopes and prayers, I hope I will not be just one person. Shame.
