TSplus Remote Access

Pros: Easy of use and the fact that you can setup remote applications that start automatically and closes automatically when you disconnect.
Installed first on a Sever 2012R2. Reinstalled on Server 2022 after an upgrade of our server. Had an issue with licensing that was resolved the same day by the support team.

Cons: Nothing in particular. Installs easily but maybe the manual could have been more extensive.

Overall: Very good product! We can now run multiple remote applications on our server. Quick and effective support. Highly recommended!

Pros: A tool to build easily a server farm.
You can give html5/rdp access to internal server farm to your users without a heavy infrastructure.
In few hours you can build the infrastructure to publish your servers through a gateway exposed on wan through http/https with ssl certificate autorenew.
You can configure the gateway to redirect users using load balanced distribution or letting them to choose the server to connect to.
External connections can be filtered also by incoming geographic ip.
Technical assistance responds on average in the next business day.

Cons: Some aspects can be improved:
- The documentation would have space to be enriched and added some technical information that is found in other parts of the website.
- Some parts of the graphical interface of the program could be improved.
- The product uses the native Microsoft RDP protocol, so it is bound by the same performance.

Overall: Price is very reasonable.
The program permits to build a farm from scratch without having a deeper technical knowledge and without recurring to a complex infrastructure as whose required by Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops.

Pros: Easy to use and configure. No extra RDP license needed. Fast to access and work. Price is fair. Support is awesome.

Cons: Nothing so far. The product meet the needs. Very happy with it.

Overall: Very happy.

Pros: TSPlus enables all application based ERP to be internet enabled.
It is a Great product for ERP Hosting on cloud.
At i2k2 Networks we use this to provide hosting many applications.

Cons: Shortcuts don't work on HTML5 login rest everything is great.

Overall: I recommend everyone to use this.

Pros: TSplus Remote Access is a very easy software to operate. With this software your work is very easy, and you can access your application and server from anywhere. Design is also good. Also gives some shortcuts for user menu and window service menu etc. With the help of TSplus Remote Access my Windows application can run on any platform.

Cons: Software is good but sometimes Windows updates give some kind of trouble.

Overall: Overall TSplus Remote Access is very helpful for IT administrators and users who want to use applications from their home.

Pros: Whenever I have a question about TSPlus, support is always there to help and in a very timely manner. I also like that they follow-up to make sure everything is good.

Cons: My knowledge of the software is the only negative.

Overall: Support is a 5 out of 5. One of the top support groups I have worked with lately. Even though most of the questions I have are in multiple parts, the Support Team does not get frustrated answering multiple questions.

Pros: We have a Windows application that we license via a SAAS model. We use TSPlus Remote Access to allow customers to access our Windows application using a web browser, instead of needing to install our application locally. Clients can access the application via Windows machine, Mac, iPad, or any device with a modern web browser. This makes selling our application via a SAAS model possible.

Cons: In the past, support was only available via a ticket system, and since the company is based in France, response times were sometimes lengthy due to time zone differences. More recently, support seems offered from a US based office so response times have improved.

Overall: The alternative is to use native Microsoft Remote Desktop. This is possible, but not nearly as seamless as using TSPlus. Features such as their Universal Printer which simplifies printing as compared to MS EasyPrint, and TSPlus Advanced Security to reduce internet based attacks, as well as their application publishing and client management systems make managing servers much easier.

Pros: This software allows Remote Access with easy characteristics to use.
We are using this system 2+ years and this software is working very well.

Cons: There is not enough information about how to get support with a purchased license.
We are in Colombia, sometimes we can not find info about software in Spanish.

Overall: It was good experience and the best was customer service; the adviser helped us to solve the problems, the communication was by email and responses were relatively quick. Thanks a lot TSplus Team.

Pros: TSPlus has been a great product to provide cloud services and host any ERP application on the internet.

Does not support old versions and some time don't work on windows 10. Other then this is great product.

Pros: Administration is super easy to set up even for a novice user.
Fully brandable web portal (in the Web version) also that can be lightweight for either full desktop or published apps over HTTPS or normal MS RDP client.

Cons: SSLs are a little tricky to set up. Support has indicated this is to be improved in their product roadmap which is really encouraging.

Overall: Simply the best alternative to MS RDS or Citrix there is on the market.
It's very lightweight, easy to configure, and very fast.

Pros: I have always love their prompt reply from the support. Although we are in different time zone, I can be sure they'll reply my request within a few hours. Because my request was on license activation issue, so it is important it can be resolve asap.

Cons: I hope the management of licenses can be improved and easy. I am often confused once I login to the licensing dashboard because I purchased licenses for my different clients.

Overall: Excellent support service. I can easily configure the firewall of the TSPlus Advanced Security Ultimate to tighten the security. I use the TSPlus Remote Access and Advanced Security Ultimate on AWS EC2. I love the universal printer feature because it is always a pain to configure the printer on AWS EC2. The document to be printed is converted to PDF file and can be printed to any printer connected to the local computer; it makes printer configuration on AWS EC2 so much easier.

Pros: I have been using this product for 5 years. This is the best solution for remote access and printing with security features. Easily you can host your Windows application and work like web or cloud.

Cons: Nothing to dislike in this product. Company upgrades this product timely and as per requirements.

Overall: I have been using this product for 5 years and i also provide this solution to our customers and they are quite happy to use TSplus for remote access and printing.

Pros: We have installed it on more than 30 of our clients! Support is excellent as well, we have only used it for licensing reallocation issues.

Cons: Prices went up recently.

Overall: Excellent! Easy installation and configuration, error free operation.

Cons: Few graphic issues when the French text is too long in admin tool and do not fully display (like update information)

Overall: Using it for now 6 years and up to 30+ users, it's a very good product with an easy way to administrate it.

Pros: Once installed a seamless product that allows user access via HTML5 or RDP.

The TS Plus advanced security is great for restricting access to unwelcome "guests"

Cons: I look after multiple TS Plus server/clients so it'd be good to get email notifications when there is an update.

Overall: Great support from a very innovative company. I like the fact that it's possible to licence from small (3 users) to enterprise clients.

Pros: I have been using TSPlus for many years on AWS EC2 Windows Server instances that I use to host business software for my clients and on their in-house servers.
I find it very cost effective, easy to use and I am comfortable that the security package protects the servers from intrusions.
I have been writing business software for over thirty years, but I don't have a lot of expertise in MS Windows Server OS. TSPlus provides all the tools I need to manage the servers in a very easy to use interface.
The remote client and client menu process works well and remote printing from the server back to the client always work reliably.

Cons: There are no downsides to using TSPlus.

Overall: The software just works and does everything I want on a mix of AWS and in-house servers. It has been a long business relationship between my company and TSPlus and over time I have built good working relationships with them. A key factor for me is that the staff I am dealing with now are the same ones I started with over 10 years ago which is comforting and to me indicates a stable company that will be around as long as I am.

Pros: Stability, ergonomy, excellent support, far less expensive than other solutions., very easy implementation.

Cons: The remote client is detected as spyware by Spyhunter.

Pros: Creating a support ticket is very easy and the response from the team is very fast.

Cons: The popup window that displays the message 'protected by reCAPTCHA' is very annoying. Sometimes is doesn't work on certain browsers.

Overall: I've created 2 support tickets and both were resolved quickly and I'm very pleased with the experience. Our clients are also very happy with the TSPlus Remote Access software that they can run our App from any browser and on multiple devices. I also find the administration and use of the TSPlus tools simple and very easy to learn. Most of the tasks needed to administer remote access to our App, are in one place.

Pros: Everything. Easy to setup, up and running in no time. No need to configure policies. Virtual Printer is the best thing to save a lot of printer driver installations on server.

Cons: Many settings are also applied to Administrator. Like Session timing restriction.

Overall: Previously I was using Microsoft Remote Desktop and this product saves a lot of time and configuration.

Pros: Everything the product offers, especially the pricing. A Windows Desktop environment is also easier to maintain because most software is written for desktop and not for the server edition of Windows.

Cons: We could not get the build-in load balancer get to work with our Linux RDP software.

Overall: Great product, I would recommend it to everyone who is searching for a cost effective RDP environment.
