1. Select theme with thick strip in line number block.
2. Save and restart. Open some file. Нou see that the first characters of the lines are hidden under stripe.
3. Open another file. All display properly.
4. If you see carefully that the whole block with line numbers in the first case is shifted to the left.

Add custom clj-kondo hooks for macroses to ensure that lint rules are followed inside them.

Macros to be handled:

• fx/defn - similarly to defn with check on metadata for ::events
• fx/merge - seems like it could be lint'ed as thread macro, plus warn on limitations
• defview
• letsubs - lint as let + check on types for

The hitchhiker-tree has recently gained garbage collection support, but this still needs to be added to Datahike.

Adding it requires to do a mark phase on all the indices of the database and then add all DB metadata keys before running the konserve sweep! phase.
