There is currently no way to tell which filters are selected by default.
If users want to experiment - enabling new ones or disabling some default ones, there's no way to see originally checked default lists.

A "reset to default filters list" button is one option, but users may not always want to disable ALL their additionally selected filters (sometimes they might).
The ability to reset to only default lists would be useful, but other times users may need something besides "all or nothing."

Maybe for testing, they only want to disable 1 or 2 non-default filters that they checked.

There's probably an easy way to distinguish which filters were default and / or show which the user checked - or show user imported lists.
