🆕 Post: Fibonacci Goals I like Systems over Goals, but Goals are great too. Neither are the problem. Here's an alternative to New Year's Resolutions that I am trying.

"Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.” - Matthew 7:13-14

I have proof-of-concepts for four open-source projects that I think could be as popular as Zod, if not moreso. but I don't have time to maintain them, so i've been sitting on them. So I'm looking for TypeScript nerds to take point on these projects!!! RT for reach! Deets👇

Deployed my first skeleton Blitz.js app on my first ever Vercel experience. It was a really, really nice experience. I’m still working on it but not until Monday and there is an error in one of the routes but I’m really looking forward to building it

There's a problem with traditional fullstack JS - Boilerplate code takes days - Separate front-back codebases slow you down - There are too many library choices 🤯 - "Best practices" that don't result in better code This is why I love ! Come learn about it 1/10

Exactly as I previously said, Server Components is an optimization. Not a totally new way of building React apps. I think this should be very easy to do with . I think you will be able to use your queries with both client and server components with zero code change.

If you don’t care about perf, you don’t have to bother with either Server Components nor SSR. If you do, it’s probably worth investing in either SSG CLI or a JavaScript server infra. I suspect Server Components will be the first thing you’ll want to adopt and close second SSR.

I seriously need to sit down and blog about the architecture of Actual. It's so cool. * Local app, with a syncing layer that gives stuff like undo for free * It runs on the web too. The whole node backend is compiled and run in a worker * Uses sqlite, compiled to wasm on web

The most underrated feature of Server Components: ✨There's no API✨ - just the filename. When you add `.server.js` you get: ✅Zero bundle impact ✅Auto code splitting ✅Direct backend access ✅No waterfalls I knew likes small API surface area but DAMN.
