Pros: I love the phone interview feature on Indeed. Hands down the most helpful feature in the hiring process. They allow candidates to call in and leave recorded voicemails that you can then listen to later on your own time. this saved me tens of hours of wasted time calling candidates.

Cons: I think they still have a little work to do with their audience as I feel that LinkedIn tends to have better candidates on average, but it's still worth using.

Overall: I would use indeed again when hiring simply for the phone recording feature as it was lifesaving. Overall the rest of the platform is good too. I was able to hire an intern in no time as well a sales rep.
