You can access uBlock Origin's ("uBO") dashboard by ...
- Clicking the appropriate icon in uBO's popup panel:
tooltip is "Open the dashboard". - Chromium-based browsers:
- Clicking Details button on uBO tile and then Extension options link in the Extensions page
